Waldorf Astoria

The Waldorf Astoria complex is located in the coastal central Downtown area, which is famous for its modern museums, cultural centers, stores, sports complexes, restaurants and bars. Hundreds of yachts and boats depart from its marinas daily, and it is possible to watch huge cruise ships pass through the narrow channel before entering the ocean.

The project features unique futuristic architecture by Carlos Ott and Seiger Suarez. Each tier has its own purpose: the lower three cubes are dedicated to a 205-room luxury hotel, as well as infrastructure for residents. From the 4th to the 8th cube are luxury apartments, and the space inside the ninth cube is occupied by four luxury penthouses.

Future residents can choose from apartments with finished finishes and exclusive design by BAMO Studio, from small studios to luxurious 4-bedroom penthouses. All residences are equipped with smart home system, as well as audio and video control systems. The finishes feature natural materials and stylish decor items. Kitchens are custom designed and equipped with top-of-the-line Wolf and Sub-Zero built-in appliances. The private balconies are equipped with a summer kitchen and barbecue area for evening gatherings with friends.

Waldorf Astoria residents have access to five-star hotel services such as 24-hour concierge and valet parking, a la carte restaurant service, and laundry service with apartment delivery.
